Mumbai: A 45-year-old man who was arrested for rape and murder of a woman in Sakinaka on September 10 told the police that he was angry with the victim because he refused to have sex with him, the police said in the ChargeSheet 346 pages delivered against the defendant on Tuesday.
The Chairman of the Minister of Uddhav Thackeray has directed the police to submit a Chargesheet in a month and it was submitted in 18 days.
Chargesheet said the defendant claimed to have known the victim carefully and he had avoided meeting him for 25 days before he managed to track it.
According to Chargesheet, when the defendant saw it after 25 days, he attacked and raped him in anger because he refused sex and even used weapons such as stems in crime.
It was said that the crime was not planned beforehand.
The victim died almost 36 hours after being attacked by sexually brutally and suffered the laceration to his personal part.
He was first attacked by the defendant on the sidewalk and then inside the Stationary tempo arrested at CCTV.

“About 3:15 a.m., the security guard outside the Rashid compound was called the police control room to notify them that a woman was beaten in Tempo.
The Sakinaka police team reached a location in 10 minutes from the call and found a woman who was bleeded in parked.

The security guard was the main witness in this case because he called the police control room.
