Vadodara: The crime branch has intensified its search for Bootlegger Alpu Sindhi, which is the main witness in the case of rape of legal students.
Sindhi has been running for the last 18 days after a 24-year-old girl filed a rape case against Ashok Jain, a rented accountant and Raju Bhatt.
The police said that Sindh’s testimony was also the key to their case.
“Initially, our focus on caught the rape of accused said a police officer.
Sindhi has been desirable in a prohibited case.
“We got a clue about his whereabouts, but before our team reached there, he changed its location.
We are sure to keep track of Sindhi and Jain soon,” Police added.
Meanwhile, former Trustee Trustee Pavagadh Raju Bhatt was sent to the guardian of Justice on Wednesday morning.
Researchers produce Bhatt at the Judicial Magistrat Court on Wednesday because the extended detention period also ends.
When the police did not look for custody of Bhatt, the court ordered to send Bhatt to Vadodara’s center prison.
After his arrest, Bhatt was sent to police custody for three days which was then expanded by the court for three more days.
