Rajkot: Acting on certain information, Rajkot police on Thursday solving a racket that produces suspicious pesticides in the industrial area on Jalan Gondal.
The police also seized shares worth Rs 12 Lakh.
Vijay’s right and chitan vijadiya, partners in the company, have been ordered under various parts of the IPC.
The police have also issued a notification to owners who are looking for relevant explanations and documents from the owner.
ROKI has a license to produce pesticides but the packaging found from ownership shows the address of Vadodara and Hyderabad.
Police police believe that the defendant may have attached this sticker to the product with the intention to commit fraud.
Police have sent samples for further analysis and action will be taken by report.
