Vadodara: Oasis Institute’s supervisor where the 18-year-old girl, who ended life on the train at the Valsad train station used to study, was issued by Crime Branch on Tuesday.
The police said that the authorities concerned had been asked to attend before officials investigated to be questioned.
The police said that it did not provide information about evil in such cases it was a violation that could not be recognized and therefore they had to take court permission before calling the trustee.
“The court gave us permission on Tuesday.
We will now question the guardian about why they did not tell the police after they learned about the alleged sexual violence on the girl,” said D Chauhan, ACP (Crime).
The investigator will also focus on the collection of evidence, if any, that girl, who then committed suicide on the train in Valsad, may have given anyone from a guardian expert.
The crime branch on Monday ordered two trustwallers and trust employees to cover the alleged rape of the gang.
Manage Trustee Priti Shah, Trustee Sanjeev Shah and Vaishnavi Taparia employees were ordered to cover the girl’s rape.
They must appear before the crime branch.
The police said that if they received enough evidence of the defendant, they could catch the trio in the coming days.
The investigation has revealed that the 18-year-old girl told Vaishnivi about alleged rape and the guardian was also told about the incident.
But the guardian did not tell the police or even the girl’s parents.
