Lucknow: The shadow of the Lakhimpur Kheri incident rose large as the Head of BJP Swordara Dev Singh and the Secretary General of the State (Organization) of Sunil Bansal on Monday reached Delhi to meet the Kuningan Party.
While the party leaders remained tightly closed, sources said that the National Head of BJP JP Nadda led a closed meeting with Singh and Bansal to discuss the possibility of the political decline of the incident even as the opposition who fought continued to demand the dismissal of the minister of Junior Union’s house Ajay Mishra Teni who his son Ashish Mishra has been arrested for alleged involvement in cutting four farmers in Kheri at 3.
The meeting, which was held at the party headquarters at 11 Ashoka Road in Delhi, was also attended by the Minister of Education and Election incharge Dharmendra Pradhan, Vice President of BJP and responsible organizations Radha Mohan Singh and Deputy CM Keshav Maurya.
The BJP source said the party was worried amid the opposition aggressive attitude to bring it up for the Lakhimpur incident.
Analysts said BJP found himself in the courage given by Brahmana Teni credentials underlined with induction in the Cabinet of States in July.
The source said that the party was careful and weighed all options before making decisions about the fate of teni because they could hostage the top caste selector which traditionally chose BJP.
Opposition parties, especially BSP and SP, tried to seduce Brahmana in an effort to stop the return of BJP to the office after 2022 elections.
BJP think tank, said the source, does not want to provide further space opposition to release its salvos at the party and do the prospect of its election in the assembly poll.
The BJP state leadership was said to have discussed feedback collected from MLA during the regional meeting held at the official CM Yogi Adyityath residor in the last three days.
Sources said the platform of parliamentarians, MLA and the district level had voiced public problems vis-a-vis facilities and administrative functions.
The MLA filtering process that sits based on their performance in the last 4.5 years the BJP rules also stand out in the meeting.
The source said the “good number” of MLA was on the radar of party leadership.
