The 19-year-old child from England tested a positive arrival at Kempegowda International Airport on December 13.
He was set to a private hospital on his request.
The 52-year-old man, who traveled from Nigeria on December 13, was tested positive for Covid on arrival at Bengaluru Airport.
“Because he held a continuous flight to Bellagavi in the next two hours, he should be given permission,” said the Ministry of Health.
