Nagpur: Nitin Todkar banker company contracted Covid-19 infection during the second wave of pandemic in May this year.

Parikshit Sagdeo told TOI that the conditions responsible for this type of arthritis, but the incident has increased throughout the world, especially in covid-restored patients.

The gene that changes or mutates it produces a protein called HLA-B27 which increases the risk.
However, most people with HLA-B genes mutate do not get As.
More than 80% of children, who inherit gene mutate from parents with, do not develop disease.
But, the prevalence has increased among patients restored Covid-19, “he said.

Sagdeo said this disease was more common in men for several reasons based on lifestyle such as smoking habits.
“Men are more likely to have women, and it attacks them early and is harder.
Because we don’t know about the make-up of genetic proteins, we should not ignore lower back pain, especially in post-covid patients,” he said.

HLA-B27 tests become positive in more than 90% of people in India.
So, doctors depend on symptoms, physical examination, and blood tests.
Rheumatologist treated this disease with medicine, physiotherapy and the last option was the operation.
Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are the first step in treatment.
Rheumatology who qualifies also uses newer biological drugs for more effective care.
