“We started working at least four hours before Ramlela and attending the artist until the show ended.
The goal is not to tie the hair or try to paint, but to present a living character.
Our work becomes busy when there are several characters at the stage and deadline , “Hameed said.
His brother, Arshad, supported support, but the last touch was carried out by him.
“I made a prominent Ramlela character makeup and my brother did it to support the actor.
We spent hours to achieve perfection,” he added.
Hameed said, “Every character in Ramleela has a different look and our main job is to do justice with character.
When the audience appreciates the character, the efforts of backroom artists are recognized.
We first visualize the character and then discuss plans with the director.”
