Patna: The Patna High Court has decided that the principals are not staff who do not teach but teach according to the definition of teachers at Bihar State University (Amendment and Validation) Act, 2012 and the University and Validation (Amendment), 2012.
The High Court also ruled that all heads Schools forced to retire between 2012 and 2017 at the age of 62 years, are considered to have continued at the main posts until they reach the age of 65 and have the right to all the benefits of consequential, including payments and amplifying and continuity in service.
Judicial Judgment Ahsanuddin Amanullah, who delivered an assessment on October 8, has also directed that recovery made of certain people by the authorities concerned will be returned.
The principal of the applicant must wait at least four years long for the final assessment as a court, on April 2, 2018, it has observed that the argument was concluded and registered under the headline ‘for orders’ on April 9, 2018.

The Law of the State University of Bihar, 1976 was changed and ACT 2012 was applied in which the school principal was absent from the teacher’s definition.
The action was considered to take effect from October 5, 1991, when the 1991 UGC regulation came into effect.
“The teacher means the person who holds a post from only professors / professors, readers, and university lecturers and such sanctions in the teacher class based on the regulations issued by the UGC from time to time,” the definition rang again and the Bihar State University Law ( Amandment), 2017 applied and came to force on May 18, 2017 with the word ‘principal’ entered once again for clarity.
