Vadodara: The day after two central vadodara prison inmates alleged that they were punished by prison officials who resulted in their hospitalization, the authorities filed a complaint against three detainees at the Raopura Police Station.
According to prison officials, three UnderTrials Prakash Rajput, Chirag Pandya and Krunal Solanki, submitted at 12 prison yards, acted with prison staff on Friday afternoon when they were asked to return to their barracks.
The inmates are permitted outside their barracks between 8am and during the day.
On Friday around midday, when a gentle prison went to lock inmates in their barracks, the three of them threw a violation to them.
When Sepoys forced them to enter their barracks, the inmates entered the fight with the staff where the Sepoys uniform was torn.
Then, the pandya incited Rajput and destroyed his head with an iron frame from the barracks.
Rajput was then asked to make himself accepted at the hospital.
He accused that the prison staff beat him.
Because of riots, other inmates from prison also gathered by risking building security.
However, another sepoy prison rushed to Yard 12 and the situation was controlled.
Even while Rajput was taken, he threatened a gentle prison.
The three prisoners were ordered to hurt public servants, attacks, using obscene words and criminal intimidation at the Raopura Police Station on Saturday.
