Vadodara: Former MS University Student Leader has demanded a thorough investigation into Vasudev Patel’s death (22) aka Vasu, whose body was found on the railroad near the Vadsar bridge on November 4.
Student leaders related to the Indonesian National Student Association (NSUI) and other clothing made a representation before the Shamsher Singh City Police Commissioner on Tuesday raised doubts about Vasu’s death was considered suicide.
“Only the day before the incident, he met me.
He bought firecrackers from my shop.
He was very excited about Diwali’s celebration.
We used to meet regularly and could not be a pleasant person like he would commit suicide,” said Vraj Patel, a former secretary General MSU students and leaders of NSUI.
Vasu was chosen as a class representative at the Faculty of Trade Building Unit in 2017.
The police so far said that the 22-year-old young man who lives with his friend when he and his father did not work well, may have ended his life because he was desirable in the case of prohibitions.
“We don’t believe that he has a case of a ban on where he wants.
But even if he has a prohibition case against him, why he committed suicide,” Patel said, adding that even the cellphone from the deceased was gone.
“The way his body was found on the railway itself raises suspicion that he was killed,” Patel said, adding that the city police commissioner had convinced a comprehensive investigation.
