Patna: Bumshasan on reports of illegal encroachment and illegal transfer of Bihar Vidyapeth Land, producing 90 civil cases and pending crimes in a lower court and with revenue authorities, the Patna High Court on Monday issued a further land order up.

The court also interacted with Siwan DM and asked about the progress made in the administrative augmentation given to voluntary land transfers made by one of the heirs Dr.
Rajendra Prasad, Balaji Verma, for establishing a museum in Ziradei for the first president of India.
Siwan DM handed over that he completed the preliminary talks with Balaji, who was ready to transfer land after arriving in India this week.
The court directed the DM to complete the entire progress of the work regarding the transfer of land for the information from Affidavit within four days.
The problem will be heard next on February 11.
