Mangaluru: The new Mangalore port applies three projects worth RS 695 Crore under the national plan PM Gati Shakti.
Three projects include no.14 dock mechanization to handle containers and other charges – Build-Finance-Finance-Transfer-Transfer-Base with JSW, with the cost of RS 281 Crore, Construction of New Places No.17 to Handle Mass Cargo and Dry Worth Rs 217 Crore, and Construction of Fisheries Port at Kulai with RS fees.
197 Crores, stated the release of the new Mangalore port to increase growth under the National PM PP Gati Shakti, in front of the Minister of Shantanu Thakur and the chairman of all major ports, the Authority of Waterways Inland from Indian representatives and senior officials in Delhi, the release added.
