Nagpur: After their failure to submit documents and graphs that contain detailed information about the steps taken to de-reserve public utilities (PU) in the town, the Commission stop Zaka appointed by HC (retired) on Tuesday fell much on authorities from the Department of State Urban Planning, Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) and Nagpur improvement Trust (NIT).

At the first hearing, justice Haq has directed the authorities concerned of the Department of Urban Planning, NMC and NIT to submit documents and charts on the efforts made by them to protect the land and overlooking the PU.
The panel also asked the authorities to submit a copy of the development plan approved in 2001 along with a chart prepared by each department that has the details of plot numbers, the purpose of booking, detail de-reservation among others.
Authorities, who attended the first session, was told to make sure that the chart should be signed by the head of each department of city planning.
State Urban Planning Division Director of the Joint Department of Thul, Assistant Director of the Urban Planning Department NMC Pramod Gawande, and General Manager Nit Nishikant Suke present during the first hearing conducted on December 28.
Justice Haq has directed more applicants Ketki government and other officials to provide other documents which will assist in an ongoing investigation.
In the second hearing on December 30, all the authorities permitted to put their documents on record.
Judges look for a copy of Pils No.
40/2013, No.
88/2018, No.
7439/2017 and No.
2227/2004 and passed on all orders for reference.
He asked the Secretary RB Panel Hedau and Officers Section RR Gupta to take steps to produce all copies of it from the Registry HC.

Once the applicant is prohibited from construction, they approached the court in 2007.
