Pune: Criminal is detained on charges of extortion, vandalism

Pune: Wanowrie Police on Friday arrested 21-year-old criminals on police records for demanding RS2,000 from the vendor and destroying his tempo, filled with vegetables, after the latter was refused to meet his demands.
