SAIT PETERSBURG: Russian President Vladimir Putin said Friday he’s expecting to enhance profoundly broken ties with the United States if he retains his first summit with US counterpart Joe Biden after this month.
“We will need to figure out ways to regularise those connections,” Putin told the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum, including Russia-US ties are at a”low level”.
