ST PETERSBURG: President Vladimir Putin said on Friday the Europe was slow to approve Russia’s vaccine against Covid-19 due to a”struggle for cash” and commercial interests were being placed before the welfare of European citizens.
He made the remarks at an yearly financial forum at St Petersburg.
