Bhubaneswar: The state government on Tuesday said Republican Day could be celebrated in public places and at clubs with a maximum participation of 10 people.
According to fresh guidelines issued by the Special Assistance Commissioner (SRC), no more than five people can gather to unfurle tricolor in their homes.
