Jaipur: Lokesh Sharma, officers about the Special Task (OSD) to the Chief of the Minister of Ashok Gehlot, appeared before the Delhi Police Crime Branch on Monday.
This was the first time he appeared before Delhi’s police despite being served by four notices in the case of harding the alleged illegal telephone.
Sharma was accused of circulating telephone conversations between one Gajendra Singh and the MLA Congress after utilizing it illegally for the alleged hunt for the legislators during the political crisis last year.
He was questioned for three and a half hours, centered mainly on the ribbon source he had circulated.
Police Delhi has issued a notice to him in the complaint submitted by the Union Minister and BJP leader Gajendra Singh Shekhawat.
The Congress accused that Gajendra Singh was none other than the Union Minister, Shekhawat himself, who he refused.
However, the United Minister refused to provide sound samples to SOG and ACB who were investigating this problem.
Next hearing about this case on January 13.
