Jaipur: A Dalit Student studying in the 9th grade of the government of the government under the police station Buhana Jhunjhunu was allegedly destroyed by a teacher after he complained of a 10th grade student who had struggled too.
The boy’s family submitted a case under the SC / SC (Prevention) of Act and IPC against the teacher.
The police said the investigation had begun in this matter.
According to the police, parents of students submitted FIR on Thursday where they accused that a 10th grade student had beaten their children.
“When the boy approached the Physical Training Instructor (PTI) Surajbhan, he was sentenced to stick.
The family alleged that he was beaten so severe that three sticks were broken in the process,” said a senior officer Buhana Circle on Saturday.
The family in FIR also complained that the child suffered an injury to his legs and thighs and was also difficult to breathe.
“Because this problem is related to Dalit, a representative of SP officials is investigating.
After the child’s medical report comes, the next action will be taken,” the officer added.
Previously, a similar case was registered by police in the Churu District and Jhunjhunu.
