Jaipur: The Congress Government on Wednesday restored the land ration from one of the oldest and leading institutions of Gandhian, Rajasthan Samagra Seva Sangh (RSSS), which was canceled by the Government of Vasundhara Raje in 2014.
The agreement was given during the empowered committee meeting.
By the Minister of Development of Urban and Housing (UDH) Shanti Dhariwal to distribute 7 Bghas Crores near Durgapura.
The BJP government had previously canceled land allotment to the institution, sealed the building after claiming the allotment violated.
Samadhi Gandhi Fighter Fighter Gokul Bhai Bhat who is famous is also sealed by the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA).
After the cancellation, the Sangh member moved the High Court in 2014 and managed the status quo for seven years.
The source in the UDH Department said on September 14, a representative of the Sangh has provided an application to the minister’s UDH to return the land.
A official said in September 2011, the state government had given eight Bighas and eight land in the number of Token 1 to RSSS.
Of the total land allocated, the state government has given one big BIGHA land in the owner of the house affected by the projects of the goal market proposed in Jawahar’s circle.
This owner lives in Gokul Vatika and their land is obtained for the project.
A source said, “Sangh submitted this petition against this in the High Court and lived granted not to divert the land to the affected owner on March 25, 2014.” JDA in the investigation report states that the Sangh violates the norms of allotment including construction without map approval, carrying out construction for commercial use, which is a violation of allotment conditions.
Based on the report, JDA on June 6, 2014 canceled allotment and took the physical ownership on June 7 President Sawai Singh, began protesting allegating that the BJP government wanted to distribute land to real estate developers.
