Jaipur: Rajasthan High Court on Wednesday directing the leader of RSS Nimbam, was accused of the kickback of the BVG RS 20-Crore kickback, to appear in front of an investigative officer and directed the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) not to accuse seven days.
The court gave orders to the request by Nimbam who tried to cancel the shootout.
The RSS leader has escaped after FIR is archived.
The court said at this stage it could not come to any conclusion.
According to FIR, representatives of the BVG company and husband of the Mayor of Jaipur-Greater who were suspended by Somya Gurjar discussed 10% kickback from RS 276 Crore’s contribution to the company before the Petitioner at the Office of RSS Sawa.
Investigation in this case is waiting.
So at this stage there is no scope to share fir.
Judge Satish Kumar Sharma Court has directed ACB to conduct an inquiry independently without political intervention.
After the ACB investigation will present a chargesheet or final report before a competent court.
The court directed the public prosecutor to submit a progress report before the next hearing on November 11.
Nimbamp in the petition said BVG had expressed his intention to contribute to the construction of RAM temple in Ayodhya.
But since the period of donation has expired, he has suggested that if the company is willing to be able to contribute to the Pratap Gaurav Kendra project.
The RSS leader claimed that he had nothing to do with the tender floating by Jaipur-Greater Municipal Corporation.
ACB submitted FIR against Nimbam along with Rajaram Gurjar, husband Somya Gurjar, and representatives of the Ommar Sapre garbage collection company after the video about cleaning contributions to the company on the kickback RS 20 Crore appeared.
Nimbam approached the high court who tried to arouse the celebration, he was framed.
