Jaipur: Rajasthan High Court on Monday presents a copy of the temporary command which directs the country to enable reception to the pre-primary class under the Law on Securities (RTE) with direct effects.
The double bench from Judge Manindra Mohan Shrivastava and Farzand Ali had been on October 22, graduating from the temporary order in the petition that challenged the RTE quota rules 2020-21 from the field of private schools from 25% weaker orders (EWS) in their part of the primary class.
The copy has been marked to the education director of Elementary School of Bikaner and the Head of Secretary Niranjan Arya.
Orders do not leave the choice for the country to announce reception to the pre-primary class.
Education Minister Govind Singh Dotasra told Ti He in Delhi will return after he saw the order.
