Jaipur: Minister of Udh Shanti Dhariwal told the Assembly on Thursday that during the BJP administration, Reet Paper had leaked in 2016 and 2018 and was not even investigated by SOG.
He said letters of question from five tests leaked during the previous reign – RAS, RJS in 2014, LDC in 2013 and prison prison in 2018, but not one case submitted by the government then to the CBI, not even SOG, Dhariwal said.
Dhariwal convinced the house that the bill was prepared by the government to stop the paper leak in the future with the provisions of tight punishment so that such irregularities did not repeat.
The minister answered additional questions by MLA during the question and answer hours.
He said 10, 11, 12 and 18 people were arrested by the previous government in various cases of paper leaks while in the REET case, more than 38 people had been captured by the government so far.
He alleged that there was no appropriate investigation that was not carried out in various cases of paper leaks under the previous government, because the courage of copying gangs increased.
Previously, in a written reply to the original question MLA Baljit Yadav, the minister said in the last three years, a total of eight cases of paper leaks have been registered in the state and 85 people have been arrested.
Chargesheets have been submitted in four cases in one case, Chargesheet has not been submitted, he added.
