Jaipur: Even after three days of discussion between Congress leaders and AICC Secretary General Ajay Maken, there was no clarity when a widely awaited cabinet reshuffle would take place in Rajasthan.
The more, the charge of Rajasthan’s affairs in the All-India Congress Committee (AICC), held a one-on-one meeting here with the MLA Party and those who supported him to take feedback on the performance of the state government.
While the sources of the party said there were some time before the overhaul took place, MLAS approached the former Deputy CM Sachin Pilot claimed that things had been resolved and rejig expected in the first week of August.
Meanwhile, not exactly the date was given to it by Maken, which on Friday said some ministers have expressed willingness to get out of the government to work for organizations.
Feedback practices were initiated by the Congress High Command after the pilot Sachin and Mlaas close to him rebelled against the Chief of the Ashok Minister Gehlot last year.
Party sources say most of MLA gives “positive feedback” about the performance of the government and has expressed faith in the leadership of the minister of the chairman.
“The working style of the minister of chairman is praised by them and he has emerged as an undeniable leader,” said the source on Saturday.
On Friday, Maken also praised the government’s function.
“I was told by every MLA how the amazing development work has been done in their election – whether it’s education, health, road, hospital.
All MLA is satisfied and all move forward on the path of development,” he said.
