Rajasthan University to hold a MPAT exam on October 29

Jaipur: After a three-year gap, the University of Rajasthan will hold a mpat examination for mphil chairs and PhD on October 29.
The last MPAT was held in September 2019 after that the pandemic became an obstacle to conducting the exam on schedule.
MPAT is done for PhD and MPhil acceptance.
This year, 324 seats for NET + JRF and 354 seats for teachers have been allocated to register students.
The seat for Net + JRF is usually for students who are still learning and teacher candidates are people who have been in work as assistant professors without PhD.
Rashmi Jain, RU Faculty and Conveyor for Mpat said, “This year after the pandemic we will do our first MPAT.
In the past three years, JRF students and teacher candidates must provide a separate exam.
This process takes time.
This year, everyone will Provides exams on the same date.
“In addition, a separate research skills test was carried out for students’ science and art / trade students.
This year, only one research skills exam will be carried out for all students.
Recently, more than 100 faculty members registered at the University of Rajasthan were promoted which increased by 200 seats for PhD.
However, 200 seats will be added in the next MPAT exam because some more procedures must be completed.
“Some professors will retire within six months that cannot take new PhD receipts.
Many other agreements are needed from the Chancellor’s Deputy Office.
It will take us more than 15 days to complete the entire process so that we issue the MPAT exam date.
The MPAT exam will be done in the year A front for this additional chair, “Jain said.
One important change has been made this year in the MPAT exam.
For Net + JRF students who were previously used to get an extra 10% sign will now get only 10 signs.
Likewise with students who have done MPhil from the university will get seven extra signs in the exam.
