One patient died in the city of Rajkot while the two deaths were reported from rustic Rajkot.
One person died in the rural Jamnagar during treatment.
RMC 84 countries were tested positive in the city taking the number of active cases to 828.
Total 240 patients were removed on Thursday.
In rustic Rajkot, 45 people were tested positive, 32 in Jamnagar and 31 in Bhavnagar.
