Rajkot: Acting on Tip-Off, Kota Rajkot police beat four people who used to steal vehicles from Gujarat and other countries and sell them to criminals involved in drug trafficking.
Police arrested Omkar Khilieri, Arjun Khilieri, Prakash Bishnoi and Piraram Jani, all native to Rajasthan, from Kuvadva road.
Two stolen cars were also confiscated from them.
One of the SUVson was stolen by April 10, drug vendors had ran over the Omkarji police car and fired him near Kandi Village in Bhilwara District in Rajasthan when the local police team tried to capture drug vendors four other names were also cut during their questions.
“They have stolen two SUVs from Rajkot City this year and sell it to criminals who use it for drug smuggling.
One of these SUVs was used in attacking the police,” said a senior police officer.
In another incident, the gang of the same medicine has shot dead one police officer Pavan Kumar in Rajasthan, said investigators.
Rajasthan police have detained two cars during the raids of drug defirmas and these cars stolen from Rajkot and Morbi.
“They have claimed to have stolen 18 vehicles such as Gujarat and other countries.
And sell it to criminals, most drug binders, ” said police.
The police have launched Manhunt for four accusations of Kadvasara, Bansilal Khileri, Pintoo Khileri and Oomrakash Jarolar Khileri ,
