Noida: Teaching betrayal by the center, the leader of Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) Rakesh Titikit on Sunday announces obedience throughout the country about “betrayal day” on Monday for agricultural issues.
The National Spokesman for the North Indian Farmers who had an effect claiming excessive protests at the Delhi border were withdrawn on the basis of the government’s promise on December 9 but they remained unfulfilled.
“The betrayal day ‘in all countries will be observed on January 31 because of the government betrayal for farmers.
The movement was suspended based on a letter provided by the government on December 9 but the promises were not fulfilled,” Tikait, “Tikait,” the BKU is part of SKM, say in a tweet in Hindi.
Protests at the Delhi border have begun under Samyukta Banner Kisan Morcha, a collective of a farmer, in November 2020 for the main demands of the three controversial agriculture of laws introduced by the BJP LED Center.
The farmers, who occupied Singhu’s main border point, Tikri and Ghazipur for more than a year, also demanded legal guarantees for the minimum support price (MSP) plant.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi in November 2021 announced that the controversial agricultural law would be rolled back, leading to protesters finally emptied Delhi’s border in December.
