Ranchi: CEO of National Health Authority (NHA) Sharma Hospital on Wednesday said Jharkhand did a very good job under the Pradhan Mantri -jan Arogya YOJNA (PM-Jay) Ayushman Bharat scheme and the model adopted here will be replicated in other countries .
Sharma, who made a two-day visit to the state, reviewed three health care centers in the state capital, including Ranchi District Hospital, a public health center in the Queen and Rani Children’s Hospital, to take stock systems under PM-Jay.
Scheme for beneficiaries.
Speaking with media people after his visit to Ranchi District Hospital, Sharma said he was happy to know that the health center was in the top three in this country for the Ayushman Bharat scheme in terms of income.
“I have to visit the entire country to be reviewed about the national health scheme but I chose Jharkhand because I had been connected with the country for a very long time and I was told about the good work done here,” he added.
Sharma, who visited the trigger and other ICU at the Ranchi District Hospital that had been built with the money received by the hospital under the scheme, said: “The purpose of this scheme was wasted in Ranchi because the district hospital had been able to lift more services well with the money they receive under the scheme and this model will be taken for national implementation.
“He added,” the scheme with the help of technology will eliminate fraud that comes to our notification and the national anti-fraud unit and the country’s anti-fraud unit has tracked the case – Cases are regularly.
We cannot say that health care schemes are fully free of fraud as people, including patients and doctors, can connect and do illegal things.
But if a patient has undergone an appendicitis operation this month, he cannot leave.
For the same thing after two months.
So our focus is to minimize reckless efforts and the SUDA system H is there for that, “he said.
Because asked about changing the name of the scheme in Jharkhand and other countries when the Jharkhand government has changed the name to CM-Jay, Sharma said the state as a partner can add to the name in the scheme but Ayushman Branding Bharat should be done by all Pan-Indian schemes.
Sharma puts stress on the fact that more beneficiaries of the lower economic strata must be made aware of the scheme so they can benefit from it.
“The purpose behind the launch of this scheme is to provide quality health care for all poor people because they lose everything after someone of their family develops life-threatening diseases.
To ensure that the more beneficiaries are treated under the scheme, which we have for Ensure that they are given documents both smart cards, gold cards or a piece of any paper that can help them in hospital facilities available at no cost, “Sharma added.
