Hyderabad: The Congress President of Telangana Reddy Revanth on Sunday begged farmers to grow rice in the Yasangi season without fear, stating legally binding the government not only to buy farmer products with minimum support prices (MSP) but also convinced them a procurement market.
He alleged that Chief of Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and his family members fostered rice in 150 hectares of land in Erravalli from the Gajwel constituency in the Yasangi season.
“KCR said there would be no procurement center for rice in the Yasangi season.
The KCr must explain how, where and what price is the price propose to sell rice cultivated in the 150 hectare field?” Revanth asked.
Revanth played the video and showed photos of Paddy who stated that the principal was planted in the field of KCR.
