Rajkot: History-Sheeter in Visavadar in Junagadh was ordered for threatening farmers and did not allow him to carry out farmers in his 15th-BIGHI land in Jambudi Village.
Bipin Radadiya who complained approached the police after police appealed to people to advance if they had complaints about the history of Nasir Metar.
Metar and four others were previously ordered under the control of terrorism and organized crime (Gujcoc) as well.
Radadiya told the police that Metar had threatened him by using the land he had bought in 1992.
The country seller initially bought land from the Father of Metar Rahim when Metar was in a murder case.
When Metar came out of prison and knew that Radadiya claimed to be a land owner, he threatened him.
Since then, Radadiya, even though he has a selling deed and other ownership documents, cannot carry out agricultural activities on the ground.
On Saturday, after complaints archived, police deputy supervisor Pradeepsinh Jadeja visited agriculture along with Radadiya and helped farmers carry out religious ceremonies on the ground.
After the warning by the police, Metar apologized to Radadiya and on Sundays violations were registered against him.
