“There is also a major demand for land-oriented projects and luxury villas,” added Manoj Chellani, a senior official in the leading realty company.
“People want more than just apartments, they want a lifestyle.
Raysan, Kudasan and Sargasan are areas that grow fast in Gandhinagar,” said Real Estate Developer Jay Purohit and Aditya Goenka.
On the first day, Expo saw a large number of visitors spoil the venue.
