Hyderabad: Telangana Congress of the President and Malkajgiri MP A Revanth Reddy has filed a complaint against the Chair of the K Chandrasekhar Rao Minister at the Gajwel Police Station for his comments about the need for a new constitution.
Revanth said KCR had insulted BR Ambedkar who compiled the constitution and urged the police to order FIR against KCR.
In his complaint at Gajwel PS, he said KCR had blamed the constitution because he did not meet the aspirations of people in the past 75 years.
“KCR’s request to replace the existing constitution with a new number for betrayal.
The case of betrayal under the relevant section must be ordered to cm.” The President of the TPCC also submitted a copy of the Constitution to the Gajwel Inspector Veera Prasad.
Revanth said India had a form of parliamentary democracy in which citizens chose representatives to the legislative and parliamentary assembly and political parties or alliances with more than 51% of seats to choose a leader as CM or PM.
“CM has the right to demand more funds and criticize the content of the budget.
However, he insulted the constitution with the pretext of commenting on the UNI budget,” Revanth said.
Revanth urged the police to undergo all the KCR press conference speech on February 1.
