Chennai: Head of Secretary of Nadu Tamil V IRAI ANBU has directed all IAS officers from Cadres TN to submit the details of their assets in the form of refund of the property of non-moving property (IPR) to the Government Government in January 2022.
The Union Government has introduced an online IPR submission for officers in January 2017.
The officers can submit ipr either electronically or upload a scanned copy of the iPR filled manually.
The online submission option for the 2021 calendar was closed automatically after the deadline of January 31, 2022.
In circles to all IAS officers on Thursday, the main secretary considering the communication received by him two weeks ago from an additional establishment officer and secretary of the Department of Personnel and Training of the Ministry of Personnel, Complaints and public retirement.
“Failure to service members to comply with requirements is a good reason and sufficient for the disciplinary process institution,” Ibuai Anbu said in communication.
According to the rules of 16 (2) of the service regulation (behavior) of all India, 1968, each member of the service must submit an annual return as prescribed by the government, giving full information about the property not moving inherited by him or owned by him.
or acquired by it or held by it on rent or mortgage, either with his own name or on behalf of his family members or on behalf of others.
According to the rules, the annual IPR must be delivered on January 31 next year.
