Lucknow: The upper government at the end of Saturday issued orders to reopen learning institutions (universities and levels of levels) and schools from grade 9 to 12 from February 7.
The command issued by additional head secretaries, Awasthi, said it was all covid protocols , especially wearing facial coverings and Helpdesk settings must be strictly followed when running a physical class.
