RJD demanded debate on March 23 police violence

Patna: In a unique protest, some RJD legislators came to the legislative assembly on the first day of the Monsun session wearing a helmet as a ‘self protection’ step.
They used such steps in the protest of Manehandling of the opposition MLA by the police during the passing of the Special Police Bihar (BSAP) in the budget session on March 23.
