Patna: The day after FIR was submitted to the private training center tutor in connection with the recent violent protest of the popular Non-Engineering Railway (NTPC) category, Youtuber Faisal Khan, known as ‘Khan Mr.’, and four others was called to the Patrakar Police Station Nagar is here on Wednesday and made to fill the bond.
FIR was filed against six tutors based on the statement of four protesters who were arrested for indulging themselves in vandalism, setting the train and caused extensive damage to the railroad property in Bihar.
The tutor was accused of inciting the masses that caused violent protests in several cities.
Among the six Defendant Tutors, Khan Sir and Four others – S Jha alias Shailendra, Naveen Kumar Singh, Gagan Pratap and Gopal Verman – were made to fill bonds and were asked to cooperate with the police in an investigation.
They previously issued a notification below Section 41 (a) from the guideline of the criminal procedure, 1973.
Patrakar Nagar Sho Manohoranjan Bharti said Khan Pak had been asked to report to the police station or court whenever needed.
“We have asked for the tutor to work with the police during the investigation and refrain from manipulating evidence.
Tutors will be given the opportunity to defend themselves with evidence,” Sho added.
The police have registered Fir FIR 147, 148, 149, 151, 152, 186, 187, 188, 333, 332, 333, 503, 504 and 120B of the Indian Criminal Code (IPC).
In Fir, tutors have been accused of arranging agitation and inciting protesters.
