Hyderabad: RS 43 Lakh Day robbery stored in a bag from a car near the Siddipet Sub-Registrar Office with two on a bicycle on January 31 has been cracked with the arrest of four men on Monday.
The robber who was transmitted a bicycle had also opened fire on the driver before escaping with a cash bag.
The money belongs to former Sarpanch V Narasaiiah who has just concluded the property agreement the day before the registration rate increase.
Police Siddipet said they arrested G Raju, A Sai Kumar, B karunarakar and B Vamsi Krishna after analyzing CCTV recordings and the location of the defendant’s cellphone tower.
Raju who opened fire on the driver, said the police.
The other two were arrested for providing shelter and conspiracy.
The police said that Raju came with a plan to make money quickly to pay loans that Sai and he had to take to secure the guarantee in the case of Pocso where both were arrested.
Sai was the first taken and after the interrogation revealed the name three was accused.
“They count the time of robbery hoping there will be heavy registration a day before the revision of the tax.
At the author’s office they saw cash counted and then Narasaiiah handed over cash to the driver of the car,” said a Siddipet police officer.
