Moscow: Russia increases the monitoring of the state of the internet activity on Wednesday by blocking the TOR privacy service site, with the accusing communication regulator allowing access to illegal content.
Regulator, Roskomnadzor, said www.torproject.org The site has been banned on the basis of court decisions.
“The reason for this is the placement of information on this site that allows the operation of tools that provide access to legal violations,” Roskomnadzor said in a statement.
