Moscow: The Russian Ministry of Defense said Russian warships on Friday prevented the destroyer of the US navy from what was described as an effort to disturb the waters of the Russian territorial in the Japanese sea.
The incident came when Russia and China did joint naval exercises in the area, and attended another nearby meeting involving Russian and Western warships.
