Rajkot: 54-year-old Sadhvi who lives in Amreli stabbed to death on Sunday night by a maid working in the ashram when he refused to give ownership of his ownership of land.
The police said that a few weeks again accused of Arvind aka Naka Dabhi had asked Sadhvi Rekhvi Red to give ownership of ashram to him.
When the monk refused, the heated argument occurred between them.
After the fight, Dabhi did not raise the problem again.
However, on Sunday night around 7pm when Mer turned red milk, Dabhi stabbed him with a knife.
Sister Mer Madhu Makwana, who came to collect milk, hurried to save him and hit a brick at Dabhi’s head.
Realizing that Dabhi would try to stab him too, Makwana ran out of the Ashram to the nearest farm.
He told the attack on a farmer named Ghanshyam Kalsariya, who along with other farmers went to Ashram.
However, Dabhi escaped from the place.
Mer was taken to the hospital, but he was declared dead before entering.
Then, based on Makwana’s complaint, the police ordered Dabhi for murder.
The police said that they were looking for him in his place of origin at Gariyadhar Taluka from Bhavnagar.
