While the new DC office complex will accommodate 38 departments, this building will also have extensive parking facilities to accommodate nearly 200 cars and canteens.
In addition to Hall Court DC or DC room, this building will also have a mini and office conference room for MPR MPR and the district.
The project began in February 2018, and should have finished before August 2019.

Recently, MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, District Minister V Sunil Kumar, North Mangaluru City, MLA Y Bharath Shetty and Deputy Commissioner K V Rajendra had conducted work checks.

“We will seek additional funds Rs 29 Crore to complete work.
I will pursue this problem to get approval from the Cabinet, to release additional funds.
