Madurai: Madras High Court on Tuesday guarantees a bishop and five priests from Kerala captured by CB-CID officials in Tamil Nadu in connection with illegal sand mining cases in Tirunelveli.
Justice K Murali Shankar praised Bishop Samuel Mar Irenios and Priest George Samuel, Shaji Thomas, Jiji James, Jose Chamakala and Jose Kalaviyal about the Diocese of Syro-Malankara Pathanamthitta captured by CB-CID officials in February.
