According to the latest developments, Prabhakar Sail, Personal Guards Witness K P Gosavi, have charges against Zonal Director of Sameer Wankhede.
The accusation includes discussions on officials of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).
Reacting to the same, Zonal Director NCB Sameer Wankhede wrote to Mumbai Police Commissioner who stated the fear that he could be framed in a case.
“Has come to my notification that some legal acts of deposits to frame me are mistakenly planned by unknown people in connection with the issue of alleged vigilance,” Wankhede said, adding that Deputy Director General of NCB had referred to the director General of NCB for the necessary actions.
Zonal Director NCB Sameer Wankhede also appeared before a special NDPS court and told the judge that he was targeted, along with his sister and a dead mother.
He stated that he was ready for an investigation.

Aryan Khan was arrested with seven others during drugs on a luxury cruise ship in October 3.
His lawyer argued that he did not have contraband goods.
