New Delhi: Santishree Dhulipudi Pandit, who is currently the representative of the Chancellor of the University of Phule Savitribai, has been appointed as VC from the University of Jawaharlal Nehru, according to the Ministry of Education officials.
Pandit will be the representative of the first lady chancellor JNU.
“The appointment is for a period of five years,” said a senior Moe official.
M Jagadesh Kumar, who holds the accusation of VC acting in JNU after a period of five years ended last year, was last week appointed as Chairman of the Grants University (UGC) commission.
