Guwahati: Assam Minister Himanta Buswa Sarma on Thursday appeared Rudra Yagna at Ugratara Devalaya, a Shakti temple, in Guwahati to beg God Shiva to surpass the life of “SATA Varsha” for PM Narendra Modi after a security violation in Punjab on Wednesday.
