Dubai: Saudi Arabia and Iran have held security dialogue sessions in Amman at the experts level, Jordan’s State News Agency, Petra, reported on Monday.
This session, organized by the Arab Institute for security studies, discussed the steps for development of trust, especially regarding Iran’s nuclear program, the agency added.
The session ended on Monday.
There is no direct confirmation from both sides.
Sunni Muslim Kingdom Saudi Arabia and especially Iranian Shiite Muslims are regional rivals and different side backs in Yemeni conflicts and elsewhere.
