The Supreme Court on Wednesday give Shilpa Shetty’s husband for four weeks protection from arrest in one of the cases related to porn racket.
Reported a respectable court issued notice to the Maharashtra government on a petition filed by employers seeking anticipatory bail.
Earlier, in November, the Bombay High Court has rejected the anticipatory bail application filed by RAJ connection with registering FIR against him for allegedly distributing pornographic videos.
Kundra then approached the top court for relief.
The bench comprising justices vineet Advice and Aniruddha Bose after hearing the arguments on this issue is given the protection of the arrest to Kundrra and scheduling problems for four weeks.
In the upper field, Kundra was represented by Advocate Shakti Pandey and advocate Prashant Patil.

Cyber cells of Mumbai Police has filed a case against Kundra under the relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code, indecent representation of Women (Prevention), and the Information Technology Act to distribute / transmit sexually explicit video.

Kundra was arrested in July this year by the Mumbai police in another case in which he was accused of distributing porn through the application.
He was granted bail in September.
