Mandya: Rishikumar Swamy from Kalika Mutt, and her partner, was given a guarantee by the Srirangapatna Court on Wednesday.
The JMFC court who ordered orders on the Bail Seer application on Tuesday, gave it a guarantee of conditions.
The court directed Rishikumar Swamy to work with the police in their investigation, and was present before the jurisdictionary police every Sunday.
Rishikumar was arrested on Tuesday, with charges of imposing religious sentiments, and promoting hostility among various religions.
He was ordered under Section 153 -a (promoting hostility between groups), 295-A (acting intentionally and dangerous) and 505 (2) (statement creating or promoting hostility).
The court blocked his forecasters and students in court detention.
Rishikumar allegedly said that since Jamia Mosque was built on the Hindu temple, it must be destroyed and the Hindu temple was built on the site.
Based on complaints of security guards, which worked with an Indian Archaeological Survey (ASI) which was the Jamia Mosque Guard, the police registered a case.
He also claims in the video that pillars, walls and kalyani (water body) in the mosque’s premise symbolize Hindu architecture.
Advisor for Swamiji believes that the statement made by his client is not controversial.
“He put out his pain after seeing a trace of the temple in the mosque,” said Advocate.
